Among new North Coast tasting rooms opening is Los Carneros-based Ceja Vineyards. The family is blending its wine and craft beer pursuits by reopening the Ceja wine-tasting venue next to the Carneros Brewing Company on the intercounty wine region thoroughfare on Friday.

Ceja closed its "salon" and art gallery on First Street in downtown Napa on Sept. 21 after opening there in February 2008.

Brewmaster Jesus Ceja and three brothers -- winery co-founder Pedro, winemaker Armando and Manuel -- started the brewery last year at 22895 Burndale Rd. on highways 12 and 121 just south of Sonoma. The wine-tasting room is on the same property.
