NAPA VALLEY – Cuvaison Estate Wines redesigned its historic Calistoga tasting room as well as its Carneros site at the winery’s 400-acre estate vineyards. Green features used in the remodel include solar energy watch on its Web site, storm water routed through bioswales, reclaimed and certified sustainably grown wood, windows positioned for natural temperature control and used-denim insulation.

Open houses will be held on July 11 in Calistoga and July 18 at the Carneros site. For more information, visit www.cuvaison.com.
