CPA Allison Boone became a partner in Judd & Boone CPAs LLP, an accounting firm in Santa Rosa. Ms. Boone has more than 30 years of experience in tax and accounting.

Marin Theatre Co. in Mill Valley hired Ema Ripley as associate director of development. Most recently she was development manager at the California Film Institute. Jennifer Gadda joined MTC as production manager. Ms. Gadda was the associate production manager at Court Theatre in Chicago.

Jon Stout, Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport manager, was named Airport Executive of the Year by the Southwest Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives.

Robert Tavelli, president and CEO of NCCS Inc. of Santa Rosa, received the Unit Certificate of Excellence Award from ACA International, the association of credit and collection professionals. Mr. Tavelli also was given the Unit Leader of the Year Award for his contribution as president of the California Association of Collectors.

Jim Ward, senior commercial loan officer for Redwood Credit Union in Santa Rosa, received the State of California Small Business Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.  The award is presented by the governor and the Business and Transportation and Housing Agency to individuals who demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit in actions and words.

Basin Street Hospitality, a division of Basin Street Properties, named Hartmut Ott general manager of the new Hampton Inn & Suites  Suisun City Waterfront in Suisun City. Mr. Ott was most recently director of rooms at Cavallo Point in Sausalito.

Nonprofit Organizations

The YWCA Sonoma elected as new board members Sharon Piper-Diggs, director of talent acquisition and diversity for Medtronic Corp.;

Alexandra Walter, staff for Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey; and Jo Weber, director of human services for the county of Sonoma. New officers are Jayne Cohill, registered nurse, president; Niessia Benedetti Diehl, community volunteer, vice president;

Renee Amochaev, Wells Fargo Advisors, treasurer; LaVerne McHenry, community volunteer, secretary; and Suzy Marzalek, retired, Agilent Technologies, immediate past-president.

Former wine industry executive Kenneth O’Farrell joined Keegan & Coppin Oncor International as a broker associate in the Santa Rosa office specializing in winery, vineyards, farms and land sales investment opportunities. Mr. O’Farrell worked 10 years with Kendall-Jackson Family Wineries and seven years with Safeway/Liquor Barn.
