Basin Street gets approval

NORTH BAY – Northern California developer Basin Street Properties received approval from the city of Willows to develop 55 acres of land between Interstate 5 and Route 99 zoned for future commercial and light industrial projects.
“This location … features a wide range of lot sizes for various uses and development opportunities and is accessible to critical infrastructure, including key interstate, rail and air transportation hubs,” said Vice President of Leasing Scott Stranzl.
