In other words, SEIU does not believe that the membership has the ability or authority to make good decisions. The consequences of SEIU's strategy to grow its membership is actually hurting healthcare workers. This is evident because the vast majority of healthcare workers do not want to be a part of SEIU. The giant SEIU has reverted to throwing up fake charges with the NLRB in order to block workers from casting a vote for the union of their choice. Steve Trossman is not only a lyer, he has basically taken a page out of Andy Stern's playbook on union busting. I am amazed that any union member can still believe that SEIU is a democratic union that is interested in the wellbeing of its members. SEIU has been exposed as a "union" that is hell bent on collecting dues at any cost. This practice is known as extortion in the legal world. And it cannot be denied that SEIU can only grow its membership by raiding other locals and throwing up fake accusations with the NLRB in order to block members from voting for a union of their choice.
