San Francisco-based Lark Creek Restaurant Group appointed Randall Kies to senior vice president of growth and development, a newly created position. Mr. Kies was most recently executive vice president of operations for Vino Volo, a chain of wine bars and specialty retail stores. The Tavern at Lark Creek in Larkspur is the original Lark Creek Restaurant Group restaurant, now one of 10.

Community Housing Sonoma County in Santa Rosa named John Hazdess, Komron Shahhosseini and Lisa Yoshida to its board of directors. Community Housing Sonoma County develops supportive housing for people with disabilities.

Marsha Zolkower is the new business representative for Sonoma County Job Link. Ms. Zolkower is connected with Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire, a Job Link partner, in Santa Rosa.

Northbay Family Homes in Novato announced that Laura Levine, broker and vice president of NFH is leaving the organization to return to her lending roots in the lending and banking industry. Ms. Levine will continue to work to make homeownership possible for work force families.

Kendra Campbell joined San Rafael-based Wine Management Systems as director of sales and marketing. Ms. Campbell was most recently director of sales and marketing for Blend Winery Software in Petaluma.

B.R. Cohn Winery in Glen Ellen promoted CFO Terry Gard to chief operating officer. Tasting room manager and hospitality coordinator Sherri Hewitt was promoted to winery general manager. Vallerie Cohn is special events coordinator, and Joe Cohn will join the accounting team working on special projects. Tasha Cohn of Amonos will provide cosmetic services for wedding parties and events at B.R. Cohn Winery.
