		<description>I was surprised to see that after inviting me to lunch and learning all about our book and accountability method, Lary plagiarized it repeatedly in this article and never gave us any credit.  The article left me feeling flattered that Lary enjoyed our concepts of how to build a high accountability culture and ultimately, disappointed that he took credit for these ideas himself.</description>
