I am looking into solar for my home in Lathrop,Ca and realized that there are two different types of solar packages. One is passive and the one DC/AC inverter but but voltage is cycled back to the grid which spins ur meter opposite dorection. The other is an active system where each panel has an DC/AC inverters and are in paralell and you actually utilize the power that is being generated. Which one is the best system to go with..
