Sonoma-based Foley Family Wines    appointed Kerry Manahan-Ehlow chief operating officer, sales and marketing.  Ms. Manahan-Ehlow most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing for Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards and Winery.

Inertia Beverage Group in Napa named Joseph Waechter chief executive officer. Mr. Waechter was the president and CEO of DHL Worldwide Express and managing director of California Pacific Capital.
