SANTA ROSA – Agilent Technologies' Electronic Measurement Group, headquartered in Santa Rosa, saw a second quarter jump in revenues of 18 percent over the same period last year.
Second quarter sales were $699 million, compared to a loss of $22 million for the second quarter of last year. Oders were up 44 percent.
"We had a dream quarter," said Ron Nersesian, president of the Electronic Measurement Group.
"Our markets were up in every geography; our new products – scopes and network analyzers – were competitive; and we had the highest margins in Agilent history," he said.
Agilent employs about 1,150 at its Santa Rosa campus.
