ROHNERT PARK – The Rohnert Park City Council approved Petaluma-based N2 Media to erect and operate a digital message center, which will expand and upgrade the existing Spreckels Center for the Performing Arts digital billboard along Highway 101.

N2 will assume private operation of the signage property over a 10-year lease period. Under the lease agreement, N2 will cover all costs and liabilities, including advertising sales, maintenance and operational fees while granting revenue share options to the city not to exceed 20 percent of gross sales. An additional 10 percent of ad rotation will be given at no charge for public service messaging. Engineering and design review are expected to be complete this month.
