SAN RAFAEL – The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce is now offering a new program to its members called Ben-E-Lect, which aims to lower the cost of group medical plans without reducing benefits for member employees. Hundreds of businesses in California currently are covered by this plan. Results show the plan will lower a group's cost by 30 percent or more, improve benefits and put members in control of their plans. For more information, contact the chamber at 415-454-4163.
