Arno Rayner, CFA, retired as chairman of the board at Rayner & Haynor Investment Counselors in Mill Valley. Prior to forming Rayner Associates in 1977, Mr. Rayner held senior finance positions with the Bank of California, Industrial Indemnity and Bechtel Corp. Rayner & Haynor is now under the leadership of business partner Charles Haynor.
