LARKSPUR – LRG Capital Real Estate Partners, a subsidiary of LRG Capital Group, said LRG Capital Real Estate Partners Fund I officially closed to new investors.
The $40 million fund, targeted to high-net worth investors in the San Francisco Bay Area, is comprised of eight office, mixed-use and multifamily properties.
LRG will move forward with a second fund, LRG Capital Real Estate Partners Fund II, which will be directed to institutional investors and focus on larger properties for the $100 million fund.
