NAPA – The Napa County departments of Environmental Management and Conservation, Development and Planning will be the subjects of an in-depth review and evaluation process to ensure good customer service and efficient permitting processes.
Business management consulting firm Halle Group of Yountville will manage the effort, which will include interviews with stakeholders and customers, evaluations of potential customer service improvements and appropriate tools for customer feedback.
