This is the first year for CanStruction in Sonoma County. The charitable competition is in its 14th year across the country. Last year, more than 100 cities participated donating more than 2 million pounds of food providing 1.5 million meals to hungry men, women and children. Each year the competition yields hundreds of new and exciting structures with themes all tied to ending hunger.

The theme for our local competition for 2011 is Health and Wellness.
