Circle Bank hires Juanna Collin to head operations, technology

NOVATO -- Circle Bank hired Juanna Collin as senior vice president of operations and technology.

She will report directly to Kim Kaselionis, chief executive officer and president of the bank.

"Juanna has worked with us on several projects,” Ms. Kaselionis said, “and has expertise in areas that will be key for Circle Bank as we implement our previously announced branch expansion program.”

Circle Bank is currently looking to expand its services and go public. The bank has an IPO out and is hoping to move into the east and south bay markets.

Ms. Collin has 25 years of experience in systems, operations and compliance, including more than a decade as a consultant to community banks.  She has worked with One PacificCoast Bank, New Resource Bank, California Bank of Commerce, Mission National Bank and Bank of Alameda.

Prior to starting her consulting career, she was the senior vice president of operations at Commercial Bank of San Francisco.

Ms. Collin has been a consultant on projects, ranging from core data processing systems to electronic banking systems to compliance and risk management programs.  She will also serve as a member of Circle Bank’s Technology management committee.

"Having worked with Circle Bank as a consultant, I am confident that I will be able to work with the senior management as we expand our branch network," she said. "Our goal is to seamlessly integrate new and existing branches into our system while also providing new technology for our clients."
