SANTA ROSA -- Redwood Health Services, a health insurance company that provides employee benefits and third-party administrative services, plans to relocate to the Fountaingrove area of northeast Santa Rosa.
Redwood intends to relocate from its Cleveland Avenue office to 5,862 square feet of office space at 3510 Unocal Place in Fountaingrove Corporate Centre by early June, according to property owner, Pleasant Hill-based Sleepy Hollow Investment Co.
Redwood Health Services is a subsidiary of the Pacific Foundation for Medical Care, a nonprofit physician organization. In addition to offering an array of employee health plans, Redwood Health Services also offers graphic design and editorial services through RHS Communications for medical magazines, newsletters and other printed materials. It lists the Sonoma County Medical Association and Kaiser Permanente as clients, among others.
Joel Jaman of Keegan & Coppin represented Redwood Health Services in the lease.
