I cannot believe Kathy Hardin rec’d this honor. She is s a tyrant and the worst boss in the world. She only cares about money, not patients and most definitely not nurses. She is the reason that Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital has had such bad turnover as well as poor job satisfaction. Just go there and ask for yourself. You should do more research before granting such an honor to someone like Kathy.
