HOPLAND -- Remy Cointreau Group (Paris: RCO) and Societe Europeenne de Participations Industrielles (EPI) today announced the completion of the $592 million sale of the Piper-Heidsieck, Charles Heidsieck and Hopland-based Piper Sonoma brands.
EPI acquired the shares of Piper-Heidsieck-Compagnie Champenoise, which includes the Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck brands of Champagne in Reims, France, as well as sparkling wine brand Piper Sonoma.
