River Rock Casino launches own bus line

GEYSERVILLE -- River Rock Casino will launch a new bus program, beginning service next Monday to and from the casino.

The casino previously contracted out shuttle service, but the eight-year contract recently expired. The casino decided to take over operations itself.

"The River Rock Casino Express will feature premier packages, improved buses and additional routes to enhance the guest experience," River Rock said in announcing the new buses.

The routes will cover the East Bay, San Francisco, North Bay, Peninsula, Napa, Sonoma and Vallejo areas, with daily stops in more than 20 cities.

The new fleet of buses includes 28 Mercedes Setra Coach Buses, each equipped with 56 deluxe plush seats.

To celebrate the launch of the program, River Rock Casino is offering guests superior packages for roundtrip transportation, with  prices of $6--$10. The package also includes $20--$25 in free play or $35 in table match play, based on pick-up time and location.

“We are excited to unveil the improved bus program for our guests,” said David Fendrick, CEO of River Rock Casino. “Our team is dedicated to offering the best experience for customers in San Francisco and the surrounding areas. From start to finish, it’s our goal that each patron feels they are receiving A-list treatment at River Rock.”

Bus scheduling is available via 877-307-2666 or riverrockcasino.com/express.
