SANTA ROSA -- Law firm Lanahan Steever & Anderson will be relocating from its current 600 Bicentennial Way space to downtown Santa Rosa where it intends to grow its workforce and client load at 100 B St., according to Chief Operating Officer Richard Deringer.
The firm will move into about 5,000 square feet -- about the same as it occupies now -- but has plans to increase its space requirements by about 50 percent within a few months, Mr. Deringer said.
The 12-employee firm plans to grow to 15 immediately upon relocating and to eventually double the number of attorneys and staff over the next six months under a new business plan, Mr. Deringer said. The firm specializes in business law, bankruptcy, real estate and environmental law and creditor and lender negotiations.
The move-in is expected to be completed by Nov. 1.
Lanahan Steever & Anderson is managed by Managing Partner Scott Steever and Partner Robert Anderson. The firm changed its name from Lanahan & Reilley after its founder, Daniel Lanahan, retired.
