California Bank and Trust named Melissa Vincent as vice president and branch manager of the San Rafael Executive Banking Office.Health Care

Queen of the Valley Medical Center announced the appointment of Robert A. Eisen as vice president of human resources for the hospital.  Mr. Eisen will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the human resource department at the Queen, including matters related to employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, legal compliance, education, workers compensation, development and training, and morale/recognition programs. He will also be responsible for human resource practices, policies and processes.  Mr. Eisen will oversee a staff of 12 employees and report to Vincent Morgese, MD, executive vice president, COO, CMO. Mr. Eisen has over 22 years’ experience in human resources and employee relations.  Most recently he worked for the Hospital Corporation of America as vice president, human resources at HCA’s Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center and Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas.  Prior to his 10-plus years of service to HCA, Mr. Eisen served as director of human resources for Quest Diagnostics (formerly Associated Pathologists Laboratories), also in Las Vegas. Residential Real Estate

Pacific Union International announced that Doug Swanson has joined the company. Mr. Swanson, ranked eighth by sales volume among over 5,700 registered Sonoma County real estate professionals, has 25 years of sales experience and has been licensed in real estate for 11 years, with over five as a broker.  Additionally, he was previously a partner and managing broker in a 40+ agent office and has always been a consistent top producer within the Sonoma County real estate community. He will be based in Santa Rosa

Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Santa Rosa has named its top producers for 2011.Top honors were given to agents within the organization who were top producers based on either dollar volume, units closed or number of listings. For the entire Wine Country Group, Sheila Deignan of the Sonoma office was awarded the sales agent with the highest dollar volume and units closed. Units closed, team went to Larry Tristano and Charles Himes from the Santa Rosa office. The award for listings went to Lori Sacco from the Sebastopol office and the team of Jane and Ron Pavelka from Healdsburg. The Healdsburg office awards went to Diandra Grohmann for dollar volume. Penelope La Montagne and Susan Montgomery tied for units closed, Individual and Jane and Ron Pavelka for units closed and listings, team, listings, individual went to Ann Amtower. The Napa office awarded Lark Raymond with dollar volume and units closed. The Petaluma office awarded Sharon Vallejo for dollar volume and listings. John O'Keefe was awarded for units closed. Sebastopol office administrator Vera Bulcke was named Employee of the Year.Wine Industry

Napa-based Folio Fine Wine Partners has added three veteran wine marketing and sales executives to its southeast region:  Jennifer Hornor, southeast area sales manager based in Atlanta; Glenn Basser, southeast business manager in Southern Florida; and Miguel Pla, Florida market manager in Miami.

Bonny Doon Vineyard named James Connell its new general manager. Mr. Connell was previously vice president of direct marketing at Ascentia Wine Estate in Healdsburg. He also worked previously at Domaine Chandon and Allied Domecq.
