Taddei, Ludwig & Associates, Inc. hired Paul Kingsman  as a financial adviser, effective April 1, 2012. He will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships as well as business development. Mr. Kingsman previously worked in a financial advisory role with Morgan Stanley and ThinkEquity. Prior to starting his career in the financial services field, he was an All-American swimmer at UC Berkeley and won a bronze medal in the 200 meter backstroke in the 1988 Seoul Olympics, swimming for his native country of New Zealand.

Napa attorney David Diamond has joined the law firm of Hines & Carr, which will now practice under its new name, Hines Carr Diamond LLP.  The three-lawyer firm, which also includes attorneys David Hines and John Carr, has offices in Napa and San Francisco. Mr. Diamond is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law.  In addition to trusts and estates and related litigation, the firm’s practice includes business law, taxation, real estate, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Hines Carr Diamond, Mr. Diamond was a shareholder with Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty.

Attorney Richard Freeman joined the litigation team at Smith Dollar PC, a business, real estate and financial services law firm. Mr. Freeman brings over 40 years of experience in complex litigation to the firm. He received his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law; he is an AV rated attorney, who has been listed as a Northern California Super Lawyer, and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Freeman has handled a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including: commercial litigation, construction defect, employment, and professional and general liability.  At Smith Dollar PC, he will continue handling complex litigation, adding to the firm's practice of banking and mortgage litigation.

Jenelle Mohan is a new associate at Anderson Zeigler Disharoon Gallagher Gray in Santa Rosa. She was born and raised in Sonoma County. After graduating from the University of San Francisco, School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar, she worked in a variety of practice areas, including representing individuals who had been exposed to toxic substances. Anastasia Lebedeff Pryor recently joined Sunny Hills Services as development officer for Sonoma and Alameda counties. Sunny Hills Services offers an array of programs throughout the Bay Area for children, youth and their families. Ms. Lebedeff Pryor is responsible for helping advance the agency’s outreach and fundraising goals. She is a 1998 graduate of UC Berkeley and comes to Sunny Hills with 13 years of advertising sales background in Sonoma and Marin counties.

Sunny Hills Services also hired Ellie Weiser Chamberlain as its communications specialist. Ms. Weiser Chamberlain has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, most recently as the director of communications at the Hoffman Institute Foundation, and previously at several manufacturers of natural foods and products. Christina Olds has joined the team of Sonoma County BEST (Building Economic Success Together) as administrative and communications director. Ms. Olds held management and client liaison positions with Vail Resorts Development Corporation and RockResorts in Colorado, and was previously project manager at Benefit Cosmetics LLC and office manager at graphic design firm Sidjakov, Berman & Gomez in San Francisco before moving to Colorado in 2000. She holds a BA in English and creative Writing from Vassar College.Publishing

Kevin McConnell has been promoted to group publisher of the Lake County and central Mendocino County newspapers in California. Publisher of The Ukiah Daily Journal since 2000, Mr. McConnell will be responsible for developing the various properties into social and new media centers for each respective community, while overseeing two daily newspapers, several weeklies, direct mail operations and the groups printing and production facility in Lakeport.Residential Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Ben Norman has joined the company as a sales associate in its Santa Rosa office.  In his new position, Mr. Norman will specialize in residential sales in Sonoma County.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mr. Norman worked at a local skilled nursing facility as director of human resources and accounts payable for the past nine years.  His responsibilities included employee management, growth and education.
