John Meislahn has joined the business development team at Exchange Bank as vice president and SBA business development officer. Mr. Meislahn will be responsible for business development in the central region of Sonoma County as well as managing the Sales and Business Development department. He has been with Exchange Bank for 14 years and his last assignment was as manager of the Santa Rosa main branch.

Mary Celestre and Judy Reynolds have each been promoted to vice president by the Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI) Board of Directors. Ms. Celestre is the branch manager in Petaluma and Ms. Reynolds is the branch manager at the Bicentennial location in Santa Rosa. Ms. Celestre has been with Summit for four years and in the banking industry for 30 years. She is a graduate of Leadership Petaluma and currently serves as a Board Director for Petaluma People Services Center and PEP Housing. Ms. Reynolds has been with Summit for six years and in the banking industry for 35 years. She is an Ambassador for the Hispanic Chamber and on the Board of Directors of the California Parenting Institute.Law

Minh Tran, who has been assistant county counsel for Napa County since July 2009, was named by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday to the top attorney position, effective Sept. 1. Mr. Tran will replace county counsel Robert Westmeyer, who announced his retirement earlier this spring. The County Counsel’s office includes 13 attorneys representing the county and other public agencies. Before coming to Napa County, Mr. Tran was the deputy county counsel for Riverside County.Media

KGO radio anchor and reporter Jeffrey Schaub moved to KCBS All News AM 740/FM 106.9. Mr. Schaub, a Novato resident, returns to CBS after 11 months at KGO radio. From 1990 to 2010, Jeffrey was an award winning anchor and reporter at CBS-5 (KPIX-TV) in San Francisco. He has won three emmy awards and a Peabody award, the industry's single highest honor. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced two additions to its Marin County management team. Joanne Zavlaris was appointed assistant manager, overseeing agent services and Kevin Kearney was appointed assistant manager, overseeing transactions, for the company’s central and southern Marin County offices. Ms. Zavlaris will focus on helping agents with training and career development as well as new agent orientation, while Mr. Kearney will support agents on the technical matters of sales transactions, file management, and escrows. She has extensive experience supporting professionals. She spent several years recruiting for the Pettit & Martin law firm in San Francisco, then headed up training and career development for Scient, a consulting firm that worked with Internet start-up companies. Mr. Kearney has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Francisco for nine years. VML Winery‘s Virginia Lambrix hired Alex Kanzler to direct quality control for the company’s wines made at the Russian River Valley winery in Healdsburg. His experience began in the family vineyard working with the Kanzler Vineyard manager. After graduating from University of Colorado in the summer of 2008, he worked harvest at Landmark Wines. In the spring of 2009 he traveled to New Zealand to work harvest in central Otago with pinot noir specialist, Carrick Wines, then off to work harvest of '09 in Oregon with domain Serene.

Mike Meneghelli joined Napa-based wine bottle supplier Global Package as sales representative. He has over 35 years of wine industry experience, beginning in 1977 in various departments of the Robert Mondavi Winery. Kathy Feder joined as office manager and assistant to the president. She has been in the industry for over 15 years in the areas of customer account management, order fulfillment, sales and margin improvement, bookkeeping and cost-reduction strategies, and customer satisfaction enhancement. Previously, she was senior account manager at Bergin Glass Impressions and Operations Manager at Etched Images.

Seghesio Family Vineyards has appointed Ned Neumiller as the winery's head of grower relations. Mr. Neumiller is the great grandson of vineyard founder Edoardo Seghesio. Mr. Neumiller began his career with Bevill Vineyard Managment in Sonoma County.
