Kathleen Lucier

The board of directors for Bank of Napa, N.A. (OTCBB: BNNP) has appointed Kathleen Lucier and Kelly Solomon as directors.

Ms. Lucier spent 25 years at Wells Fargo & Co., and was an executive vice president managing the southwestern United States at the time of her departure. She has also served as a principal for executive consulting firm Stiglich Lucier & Co. Ms. Lucier is president of the Napa Valley College Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the college’s adjunct faculty.

Kelly Solomon

Ms. Solomon is a 19 year resident of the Napa Valley, currently CEO and partner in Coast Landscape Management Company. The company has five branches in California and counts over 100 employees.

Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI) has named two new leaders to its staff: David Schmidt, senior relationship officer, and Emily Crandall Harrington, manager of the Montgomery Village branch.

David Schmidt

Mr. Schmidt joined the bank after a banking career spanning more than 40 years. He has held roles including national bank examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency and senior vice president at the former Bank of Petaluma. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Petaluma Sunrise Rotary Foundation and PEP Senior Housing.

Emily Crandall-Harrington

Crandall Harrington has worked in the financial industry for six years and is a member of the board of directors for Girls on the Run, Sonoma County.

Cory Beck

Francis Ford Coppola Winery’s winemaker, Corey Beck, has been awarded the André Tchelistcheff “Winemaker of the Year” Award by the San Francisco International Wine Competition. The competition evaluated 4,556 wines from over 1,300 wineries. Because Coppola wines showed best overall across all varietals, Beck was bestowed with the prestigious “Winemaker of the Year” title.
