Mark Keating, certified financial planner and advisor, was named a partner with Willow Creek Financial Services, a wealth management firm in Sebastopol. Mr. Keating joined Willow Creek four years ago and works in portfolio management and financial planning. Rebecca Na Li, M.D., joined the North Marin Internal Medicine Specialists in Novato -- one of the Marin Healthcare District Medical Care Centers. Dr. Li specializes in internal medicine with an emphasis on preventive health and chronic disease management. Dr. Li attended medical school at Tianjin Medical University in China. After graduation, she came to the United States to get post-graduate training in neuroanatomy at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed her internal medicine internship and residency at Maricopa medical center in Phoenix.

Jennifer Lucas, M.D., a medical oncologist at Marin General Hospital’s Marin Cancer Institute, was honored as the 2012 Healing Professional by Zero Breast Cancer, a Marin County nonprofit organization in that has gained national recognition for its funding and advocacy efforts. Dr. Lucas was recognized for her “expert medical treatment and compassionate care of women with breast cancer.”Residential Real Estate

Quelene Slattery joined Grgich Hills Estate as national accounts manager, a new position for the winery. She will be responsible for sales to national chain accounts. Previously, she was the winery’s sales broker in Southern California from 2000--2007. Most recently she was national sales coordinator for Sean Minor Wines and has worked in the wine industry for 20 years.

Mendocino Wine Company appointed John Girty vice president of national sales. Mr. Girty, with more than 25 years in the wine industry, will report directly to President Gary Glass. In his new role, he is charged with expanding the national distribution of brands such as Parducci Wine Cellars and Paul Dolan Vineyards. For the past five years, Mr. Girty was vice president of sales and marketing at Lake County's Shannon Ridge Wine Co.
