    Isaac Gradman

    Isaac M. Gradman joined the law office of Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP in Santa Rosa. Mr. Gradman is a commercial litigator and leading expert in mortgage finance and financial services litigation. Previously, Mr. Gradman practiced with the San Francisco office of Arnold & Porter (formerly Howard Rice) and was the managing member of Gradman Law. Mr. Gradman is the editor of the book “Way Too Big To Fail,” the founder and author of The Subprime Shakeout law blog, and a frequent speaker on mortgage finance.


    Santa Rosa-based Loring Smart Roasters hired Robert W. Austin as its new chief executive officer. Mr. Austin brings decades of experience, having led development teams at Hewlett Packard and Microsource, then joining the team at ESA (Eason) Technology as CEO, where he spent 10 years. He previously held positions at EIP Microwave, (Anritsu) Wiltron Company, Symphony Media Systems and DE-STA-CO (A Dover Company).

    Gayle Stephens

    Gayle Stephens joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales associate in its Santa Rosa office. In her new position, Ms. Stephens will specialize in residential sales in Sonoma County. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Ms. Stephens took a hiatus to be a full-time parent. Before that, she worked as an executive assistant for Marcus & Millichap commercial real estate in San Francisco. Ms. Stephens is an active member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Bay Area Real Estate Information Services, Inc.


    Jeff Kreutz

    Jeff Kreutz joined MarketLive of Petaluma as senior vice president of product management. MarketLive also announced Paige Mazzoni has joined the company as vice president of marketing Mr. Kreutz has more than a decade of product management experience, most recently leading product management for RightNow Technologies. He also held an executive position at Siebel Systems where he played a lead role in product management, corporate and product marketing, quality assurance, and release operations.

    Ms. Mazzoni has held vice president of marketing roles for more than a decade, including directing product and company positioning at Fair, Isaac and MindBox. Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing for Safari Books Online.


    Aaron Pott

    Napa winemaker Aaron Pott was named a 2012 “Winemaker of the Year” by Food & Wine magazine in its November issue. Mr. Pott is the winemaker for the complete line of Joseph Carr wines. Upon his graduation from the University of California at Davis, he joined Napa’s Newton Vineyard as assistant winemaker. He then accepted a winemaking position at Premier Grand Cru Classe Chateau Troplong-Mondot in St. Emilion, Bordeaux. He returned to the U.S. in 1998 to join Beringer. In 2004 he joined Quintessa Estate, as head winemaker and general manager.
