NORTH BAY — Welcome to the Business Journal’s second annual Healthiest Companies Awards, which recognize outstanding efforts of organizations and businesses across the North Bay in the critical movement toward wellness.
From nominations gathered over the summer and in September, The Business Journal selected 17 companies that will be honored the Journal’s 2012 Health Care Conference on Wednesday.
“The trend toward prevention in health care is unstoppable and the companies that recognize that are reaping the benefits in a happier, healthier workplace, lower insurance claims and many other benefits,” said Business Journal Editor and Associate Publisher Brad Bollinger. “Besides, it is the right thing to do.”
