		<description>So, what good is health insurance with no job?  We have over 50 employees so we are lumped together with Microsoft, General Motors and the airlines.  We cannot afford to furnish healthcare for 100+ employees, so we may have to start laying off or declare bankruptcy during 2013.  We are barely making our payroll now and there is definitely no incentive to expand. If this is forward, I&#039;d rather go back. Who decided that &quot;small business&quot; was under 50 employees? Obviously, someone who has never run a business.</description>
