Corrections: Fife Creek Commons structural engineer, Holiday Inn Express Mill Valley San Francisco Area

The structural engineering firm for the Fife Creek Commons project in Guerneville is Structural Design Group, and the civil engineering firm was BKF Engineers. The project profile in the Top Real Estate Projects of 2012 report [Dec. 17, p. 19] had incorrect details.

The new name for Tam Woods Hotel is Holiday Inn Express Mill Valley San Francisco Area, and part of its renovations include exterior improvements. Incorrect information was in the Dec. 17 construction column on p. 33.
