		<description>You can&#039;t just write, &quot;Members of the tribe didn&#039;t attend the ceremony&quot; without explaining why.  I was taught you reported on who, what, when, where, why and how.  If you put it out there, you have to tell why.  Why weren&#039;t members of the tribe in attendance at the ceremony?  Were they not invited?  Are they boycotting for some reason?  A reporter should tell us why, dagnabbit!</description>
