HEALDSBURG -- The California Lottery, one of the fastest growing lotteries in the United States, announced today its partnership with project portfolio management firm Metier, based in Healdsburg. California Lottery said it selected Metier's PPM-as-a-Service and PMO-as-a-Service offerings to enhance visibility and drive PPM maturity within the organization.
Metier's PPM software, PPM Central will integrate disparate data sources and provide the visibility needed to create operational efficiencies. Having a centralized repository that eliminates data silos will give California Lottery the ability to streamline operations and increase productivity. California Lottery will further propel organizational maturity by engaging PPM subject matter experts in PMO Central®, Metier's cloud-based consultancy. This partnership will provide value-added training, maturity roadmaps and scalability to support California Lottery's PPM initiative, the organizations said.
