SANTA ROSA -- Santa Rosa's First Community Bank announced that North Bay marketing veteran Rhoann Ponseti has joined the bank as director of marketing. Her new role began today.

Ms. Ponseti launched several companies over her career, including the creation of marketing and advertising firm Ponseti & Partners in 1987. The firm has counted a number of North Bay businesses as clients, including Exchange Bank, St. Joseph Health, The Press Democrat and Community Foundation Sonoma County. Ponseti & Partners also developed national campaigns for Red Wing Shoes and Levi Strauss.
In addition, Ms. Ponseti's career has included the launch of marketing and printing firm Digi-Type, as well as SOURCE Design Referral. She most recently directed marketing for REACH Air Medical Services.
She served as board president for the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the board for Community Foundation Sonoma County and the Sonoma County Museum.
