SANTA ROSA — The Professional Services Marketing Group-North Bay is hosting a first-ever conference concerning the future of marketing, inviting the region’s marketing professionals to take part on Sept. 27.
Keynote at the conference, “Ahead of the Curve: What’s Next for the Future of Marketing,” will be LinkedIn’s global social marketing manager Koka Sexton, as well as Autodesk’s chief marking officer and senior vice president of reputation, Chris Bradshaw.
Also taking part in the event will be local experts on social media, video communication and Internet marketing. Attendees will also be presented with a lunch-hour “Meet the Press” panel that includes a variety of regional business reporters and editors.
“In the two years since our inception, PSMG has grown into a tremendous network of marketing professionals to learn, network and share best practices,” said PSMG-North Bay President Tiffani Montgomery. “Ahead of the Curve strives to open creative minds to what’s possible and encourage thinking strategically beyond our daily habits. Our goal is not to have attendees leave with pages of copious notes, but to be present and engaged in stimulating and inspiring content to take marketing talents to the next level.”
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sonoma Mountain Village Event Center in Rohnert Park. Tickets are $75 for non-members and $65 for members, and includes all events, lunch and a wine reception. Registration is available at www.psmgnorthbay.com/conference. Sponsorship opportunities are also available at www.psmgnorthbay.com/sponsorship.
