    Robb Ollett

    Robb Ollett was privately honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Wine Country Chapter for his 10 years of service as charter member, board member and officer, acting as treasurer (2003–2004), president-elect (2005), president (2006–2007) and past president (2008–2009). After three decades of serving nonprofit organizations, independent management consultant, Mr. Ollett is set to retire from contract services on Dec. 31.

    Manuel Ramos

    Argent Bank recently promoted Manuel Ramos to manage its Healdsburg branch. He has been with the bank since 2010, hired as a personal banker at the Oakmont branch in Santa Rosa. In 2012 he was transferred to the West College branch, also in Santa Rosa. Prior to Argent, he spent five years with Bank of America, where he started as a teller and worked his way up to assistant manager.

    Tom Clary

    Tom Clary joined Santa Rosa-based Marizco Landscape Management as the sales and marketing manager. Mr. Clary has over 20 years of experience in the landscape and irrigation industry. After owning a Residential Landscape Design-Build company for 11 years, he sold it and began working in Commercial Landscape Management where he earned multiple industry certifications and learned valuable business management and marketing skills. He is a certified irrigation designer, certified arborist and Bay-Friendly certified landscaper

    Laurence Pelosi

    Thompson Dorfman Partners, LLC, a Mill Valley-based developer, owner and manager of multifamily real estate, said Laurence Pelosi joined TDP Bay Area Partners, LLC, a Thompson Dorfman company, as a partner, joining new partner Bruce Fairty at TDP Bay Area Partners. Mr. Pelosi has 15 years of experience, most recently as director with RBC Capital Markets, where he was primarily responsible for public finance, infrastructure and public/private partnerships. Previously, he was an executive director at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on the firm’s residential investments throughout the western U.S., and was director of acquisitions at Lennar Communities.

    Jill Richardson

    Santa Rosa-based ISOCert Solutions, LLC, hired Jill Richardson as executive vice president, Americas. In her new role, she will be responsible for the marketing, sales and operations of the company in North and South America. Ms. Richardson was previously with the company from 1993 until 2005 when she left to pursue other interests. In her previous role, she served as project manager who was tasked with managing the design, development and introduction of our software products, ISOCert SE and Isocert DOCS. She is a certified quality engineer and a certified lead auditor.

    Wine

    St. Helena-based vintner Pahlmeyer, LLC, appointed Brian Kelleher to the new position of director of commercial sales. He previously served as Pahlmeyer’s western divisional sales manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for all wholesale sales channels in the U.S and internationally. Prior to his western division manager role at Pahlmeyer, Mr. Kelleher was the national sales manager for Pieta Santa Winery, followed by a stint with Wine Creek Cellars, later the V2 Wine Group, where he was managing U.S. sales for Torbreck Vineyards and Winery, Quivira Winery, as well as La Follette Wines. Mr. Kelleher also worked for Vincor in the Pacific Northwest as region manager, prior to Constellation’s acquisition in 2006.

    Yannick Girardo

    Yannick Girardo joined Grgich Hills Estate as hospitality manager for the Rutherford-based winery. Most recently, he was food and beverage manager for the luxury resort Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford. Prior to that, he was the assistant general manager at New York City’s famed restaurant Daniel, which was awarded three Michelin Stars. He also worked in fine dining restaurants in Monte Carlo, Monaco and Nice, France.
