SANTA ROSA -- Stark Reality Restaurants, the Santa Rosa-based group that owns several of Sonoma County’s best-known dining spots, recently purchased the building at 1055 Fourth St. in Santa Rosa, which previously housed now-shuttered Italian Affair.
Terri Stark, who runs the group with her husband, executive chef Mark Stark, told the Business Journal that the group bought the building for an undisclosed sum. It plans to open a new restaurant, though details on what type have not yet emerged.
The building, just past Brookwood on Fourth Street, is 4,650 square feet and the transaction was completed April 7.
Stark Reality Restaurants also owns and operates Willi’s Wine Bar, Monti’s Rotisserie, and Stark’s Steak & Seafood in Santa Rosa and Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar and Bravas Bar de Tapas in Healdsburg.
