"We offer more and more expanded services to be valuable to our clients," said CEO Mike Hogan. "We concentrate on keeping clients, and meet weekly and quarterly to address issues and challenges."
Employees say their team is a close-knit group of professionals who treat their work with respect. "We love interacting with our clients, and want to provide them with the highest-quality work attainable -- and have fun doing it."
The daily work environment is upbeat and energetic. "There is constant dialogue between technicians and management. This enables projects to be completed correctly and on time, even large-scale projects that may seem impossible to the average person," a technician said.
What started as a family enterprise has become much bigger, while still maintaining core beliefs and family business values.
"We are highly team-oriented and do our jobs in an open, collaborative, honest and friendly environment that promotes advancement," another employee said.
