NAPA -- Business owners and residents can access earthquake assistance information and connect with available resources at the Napa Local Assistance Center (Napa LAC) at 301 First Street in Napa (corner of First Street and Silverado Trail).
Napa LAC's new hours of operation are as follows:
• City and County Permits
o Monday through Friday: 8 am – 4 pm
o Saturdays: 10 am – 4 pm
• All other services
o Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 11 am – 5 pm
o Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11 am – 7 pm
o Saturdays: 10 am – 4 pm
