Maraizon International developed models of downtown Santa Rosa for Kellogg & Associates and later for the city of Santa Rosa, not SMART. The pumped storage model was developed for SMUD. Incorrect information appeared in a story in the Commercial Real Estate report [April 28, 2008 p. 21].
