Dorothea Dutton

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she was a wealth manager for Delaware Investment Advisors and Scudder, Stevens & Clark, and prior to that she spent 15 yeas as an institutional portfolio manager, starting her career with the California State Teachers Public Retirement System. Ms. Dutton has a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Washington and received a certification from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. She has served as a director of the Girl Scouts of Northern California and headed the organization’s investment committee for more than 10 years.
Kent Grubaugh

The move came after Wachovia transferred its private banking division from its retail bank to its wealth management arm and announced the hiring of hundreds of new private bankers. Mr. Grubaugh is charged with growing the company’s presence in the region and plans to open a Marin County office in the next two years.
Prior to joining Wachovia, Mr. Grubaugh spent 20 years at Bank of America, where he transitioned from retail banking to commercial banking to wealth management and served most recently as a premier banking market manager and global wealth and investment management market leader. Mr. Grubaugh graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Charles Leitzell

Mr. Leitzell has previously served as a corporate credit specialist for JP Morgan Securities, managing director for the West Coast office of HSBC Securities, a financial consultant for Cigna Financial Services and an analyst for L F Rothschild. Mr. Leitzell has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Chico State University.
Mary Toomey

Prior to beginning her current role in 1997, Ms. Toomey spent four years with the bank as a credit review officer and relationship manager in the technology division. Before that she spent 12 years with Barclays Bank.
Ms. Toomey has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Simmons College, and she received financial planning certification in 2004.
