Business Journal offices relocate downtown

SANTA ROSA, July 18, 2008 – The BUSINESS JOURNAL is relocating its offices from near the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport to downtown Santa Rosa on Monday, July 21.

The main phone number for the BUSINESS JOURNAL will be 707-521-5270, and the fax line for administration and sales will be 707-521-5269.

The newspaper's editorial, production, administrative and sales offices will be located at 427 Mendocino Ave. in Santa Rosa, the same building that houses the Press Democrat.

The new location also is the headquarters for the Press Democrat, which is part of the New York Times Regional Media Group along with the BUSINESS JOURNAL and the Petaluma Argus-Courier.

“Being in the same building with the Press Democrat offers opportunities for collaboration, particularly in information technology and the Internet,” said the BUSINESS JOURNAL’S Mr. Bollinger. “However, the news, editorial and other functions will remain independent.”
