The Santa Rosa Symphony named Mathew Dudley education associate. Mr. Dudley will supervise the Preparatory and Discovery orchestras, manage registration and data entry for the education department and assist in the implementation of the Symphony’s Music for Our Schools program.



Kelly Gonzales was named director of marketing and communications for Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa. Ms. Gonzales was director of marketing and public relations for Britt Festivals in southern Oregon.

Business and Professional Organizations

Frank Howard Allen sales associate Abelina Magana was named Citizen of the Year by the Hispanic Business Chamber of Marin. Ms. Magana was recognized for her long years of community service and her battle to overcome domestic violence.   

 

Health Care

The Alliance for Rural Community Health in Ukiah hired Cyril Colonius as director of performance improvement activities. Mr. Colonius will develop and maintain performance improvement and disease management initiatives.

 

The Northern California Center for Well-Being in Santa Rosa appointed to its board of directors Mishel Kaufman, vice president, internal controls at Redwood Credit Union; Chris Rodgers, executive director of Sutter Medical Foundation; Jim Adams, CEO, REACH; and Ezbon Jen, dean of health sciences at Santa Rosa Junior College.

Hospitality

The new chef de cuisine at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club is Jan Salisbury. Ms. Salisbury worked for local chefs John Ash, Bridget Harring at Fetzer Vineyards, Colleen McGlynn at Samba Java, Bruce Riesman at Park Ave. catering and Liz Ozanich at the Seafood Brasserie. In 1997 she opened Kitchen in Graton.   

Insurance

Northbay Resource Group and The Mitch White Agency in Petaluma hired Rick Culp as sales and marketing director. Mr. Culp returned to his hometown of Petaluma after 15 years in Los Angeles where he was involved in private banking and production management for a brokerage firm.

Wine

Tommy Howard joined Gundlach Bundschu in Sonoma as national sales director.  He will be responsible for managing Gundlach Bundschu’s national distribution and the winery’s partnership with Wilson Daniels Ltd.
