The Business Journal is accepting nominations for its first-ever Corporate Philanthropy Awards aimed at recognizing the contributions of companies and organizations that improve life in the North Bay.
“This is long overdue,” said Business Journal Publisher Brad Bollinger. “Businesses across a wide spectrum of sizes in the North Bay are generously committed to their communities in many areas of need from the arts to homelessness. It’s our privilege to recognize them.”
Nominations will be accepted across a range of size categories from small to large companies and can include corporate foundations. Nominees will be evaluated according to both financial contributions and volunteer efforts. Winners, to be selected by the Business Journal editorial staff, will be honored at an awards luncheon in March.
Nominate your company or organization as a leading partner in philanthropy in the North Bay. Awards will be presented at a reception in March.
Submit nominations through Feb. 17th.

An economic outlook is set to be presented by Rob Eyler, director of the Center for Regional Economics at Sonoma State University.
