First Community Bank hired Sandy Pariani as assistant vice president and branch manager of its new East Petaluma branch. Ms. Pariani held the position of assistant vice president and branch manager with Summit State Bank in Petaluma. Cindy McConnell was promoted to vice president and loan administrator. She was vice president and loan operations manager. Christine Del Rio, former loan administration manager with Wells Fargo Bank, replaced her in that position.

Redwood Credit Union in Santa Rosa named Todd Cook as branch manager of its Windsor branch and Susan McMenomey as branch manager of its Ukiah location. Mr. Cook served most recently as assistant branch manager at the Petaluma branch. Ms. McMenomey served as assistant branch manager at RCU's Rohnert Park and Ukiah locations.

The Council on Aging in Santa Rosa named Marrianne McBride president and CEO. Ms. McBride was development director for Council on Aging where she helped raise $3.5 million to build the new Meals on Wheels kitchen.

They are David Clancy, a speaker on change, leadership and financial topics in organizations and universities; Margie Mejia, tribal chairwoman for the Lytton band of Pomo Indians and CEO of Casino San Pablo; Kurt Mitchler, Windsor dentist; Ernesto Oliveras, who serves on the Santa Rosa City Council and recently retired from the Santa Rosa Police Department; and Sherry Swayne, co-owner and manager of Bennett Valley Ranch and the Swayne Family Vineyard.
