Circle Bank names Moulton CFO

Novato -- Circle Bank has hired veteran Marin County banker Michael Moulton as its chief financial officer.

In his new position, Mr. Moulton will report to Kim Kaselionis, president and chief executive officer of the bank.

Mr. Moulton replaced Steve Jones.

Mr. Moulton comes to Circle Bank from Tamalpais Bank, where he was an executive vice president and the chief financial officer and responsible for all financial, reporting and accounting functions.  For more than 20 years he has been in senior management in banks and financial services firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.

“Mike is another key element as we build our management team and broaden the depth of our products and the reach of our services,” said Ms. Kaselionis.  “Having worked at both a publicly and privately-held financial institutions, he will bring a new level of experience to our operations.”
