Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa named  Debbie Kelly vice president and senior fiduciary in wealth management and Sherrill Stockton senior vice president and manager of SBA lending. Ms. Kelly has CPA, CFP and AFP designations.

Debi Geller was named account executive for Nelson Staffing in Marin County. Ms Geller serves on the board of directors for the Corte Madera Chamber of Commerce, is membership chair for the Marin Human Resources Forum and is an ambassador for the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce.

Green

GoSolarMarin founder Lisa Max was named Green Entrepreneur of the Year by the Marin Green Business Forum. GoSolarMarin established a competitive bidding process among solar vendors that reduced the price for residents and businesses in Marin County and expanded the installation of solar.

Hospitality

The River Terrace Inn in the Oxbow district of downtown Napa hired Sandy Smart as sales manager. Ms. Smart has 20 years of sales and marketing experience.

Nonprofit Organizations

Rick Ventura was named executive director and fund development officer of the Healthcare Foundation Northern Sonoma County in Healdsburg. Mr. Ventura previously was chief development officer and vice president of resource development at The Close Up Foundation.

Santa Rosa-based LifeWorks of Sonoma County elected Sheila Craig, a family law attorney with Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP, president. Cathy Wieschendorff, a retired school psychologist, was elected vice president. Ian Munc, a certified public accountant, was elected board member. LifeWorks provides services to promote the healthy emotional development of children and families throughout Sonoma County.

Martin Sleath rejoined the board of the Marin Community Food Bank where he previously served as board treasurer. Mr. Sleath, a former executive of Fair Isaac in San Rafael, currently works for InfoCentricity in Novato.
