Mike Feeney joined Rogers & Young Insurance Services LLC as a commercial insurance broker focusing on accounts including contractors, truckers, developers and property owners.

Mr. Feeney is a former vice president at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and owner/principal of Feeney Durler West Insurance.

A Sonoma County native, Mr. Feeney has been providing insurance and bonding services to the local community for the past 25 years.  He started his career with the national brokerage firm of Bayly Martin & Fay Insurance in Southern California.

He returned to Sonoma County to join his father’s agency, Tom Feeney Insurance. Mr. Feeney became part of the family business and changed the name to Feeney Durler West Insurance. In 2004 this firm was acquired by Acordia/Wells Fargo Insurance Services.

After the acquisition he remained with Acordia/Wells Fargo as a commercial sales producer while also serving as the Santa Rosa branch manager and vice president.

Rogers & Young Insurance Services LLC is located at 800 Edgewood Place in Windsor.

Bruce Okrepkie accepted a position at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. as vice president of the firm’s construction practice in the North Bay.

Mr. Okrepkie was formerly with Wells Fargo Insurance where he handled surety-related operations as well as contractors and developers insurance programs for California and Oregon.  Prior to this he was the bond department manager with Ellingson & Jones/ABD/Wells Fargo Insurance since 1984.

He started his career as a branch manager for a regional office of San Francisco Federal Savings & Loan.

Mr. Okrepkie serves on the boards of the North Coast Builders Exchange, the Northern California Association of General Contractors and the Northern Home Builders Association.

He is a member of the Engineering Contractors Association, the American Subcontractors Association and the National Association of Surety Bond Professionals.

His office, located at 88 Rowland Way in Novato, is staffed by 25 insurance professionals, market specialists and administrative personnel.
