MARIN COUNTY – Santa Monica-based Macerich leased 2,000 square feet in the newly renovated Northgate mall to Crazy 8 children's clothing store. It's set to open in spring along with Roadside BBQ, Buckle, Forever 21 and Tomatina. More than 40 retailers and restaurants are opening in the 723,000-square-foot center, which reopened in November. The remaining space is under negotiations, according to spokesman Ryan Williams.

Macerich also signed a new tenant at its other Marin mall, The Village at Corte Madera. Luxury tea-tailer Teavana, which will open in 900 square feet in late spring or summer.
