Rodney Loo, a senior vice president, wealth adviser and financial adviser for the San Rafael wealth management office of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, earned the Family Wealth Director designation.

Mark Bisordi joined North Coast Title Co. as sales manager. Mr. Bisordi, a 20-year industry executive, will be based in the main office in Santa Rosa.


Mindy Hiatt of the Tiburon Richardson Bay Audubon Center was named a Fellow in Audubon/Toyota’s TogetherGreen Conservation Leadership Program. Ms. Hiatt implemented the Audubon Youth Corps, an outdoor education and restoration project. Fellows receive a $10,000 grant and assistance launching a conservation action project.

Shelley Palfy, M.D., Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, joined Santa Rosa Community Health Centers. Dr. Palfy worked at the Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center in the East Bay and the Pediatric After-Hours Clinic at Marin General Hospital.

Dr. Holly Burr joined VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County.  Dr. Burr specializes in animal oncology.

Douglas Anthony joined Santa Rosa-based DriWater as the Northern California territory manager. Mr. Anthony was a sustainability consultant for Green Energy Solutions, providing energy, water and waste reduction solutions to commercial customers in the Bay Area.
